By accessing or using the Jobul platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Update your profile information regularly
- Notify us of any unauthorized access
- Maintain one account per individual
3. User Content
3.1 Content Guidelines
You retain ownership of your content but grant Jobul a license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of providing our services.
3.2 Prohibited Content
- False or misleading information
- Discriminatory or harassing content
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Commercial advertisements or spam
4. Job Applications
- We facilitate connections but don't guarantee employment
- Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions
- Application materials should be truthful and accurate
- We're not responsible for employer conduct
5. Intellectual Property
The Jobul platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jobul and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
